Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival
It’s Art in the Garden Weekend at Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. Watch artists showcase their skills in pottery, painting and glass as well as ‘plein air’ artists paint scenic backdrops of World Showcase. The Flower Power Concert Series continues with Melissa Manchester (Don’t Cry Out Loud) performing Friday – Sunday at 5:15, 6:30 and 7:45 p.m. at the America Gardens Theatre. Brian Patrick Flynn from the HGTV web series ‘Fast Fixes’ will give guests his expert advice on mobile gardens Friday – Sunday at noon and 3 p.m. in the Festival Center. Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival is included with regular theme park admission.
Mardi Gras @ Universal Orlando
Let the good times roll this weekend during Mardi Gras at Universal Studios. Grammy-nominated group OneRepublic will perform this Friday at 8:30 p.m. on the Music Plaza Stage. 2010 CMA Male Vocalist of the Year, Blake Shelton, follows on Saturday night. New Orleans band Soul Project will get the party started in the French Quarter Courtyard at 5, 5:15 and 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. All this and the spectacular parade are included with regular theme park admission.
Viva La Musica @ SeaWorld & Busch Gardens
If you’re visiting SeaWorld or Busch Gardens this weekend, don’t miss Viva La Musica! Grammy-nominated Puerto Rican salsa singer Jerry Rivers will perform Saturday at 3 p.m. at SeaWorld. Reggaeton duo Angel & Khriz will follow on Sunday at Busch Gardens. The concert begins at 5 p.m., but doors open at noon. Viva La Musica is included with regular theme park admission.
