Epcot…Not Just for Grown-Ups

I sometimes hear people say things like “Epcot is for adults” or “Kids won’t have much fun at Epcot.” Speaking as a tadpole, I completely disagree; Epcot is one of my favorite parks in the world!

Here’s why I love it so much…and why your kiddos might, too!

Epcot1. Test Track…
I love EVERYTHING about this superfast ride. I could go on it over and over and over again and it still wouldn’t be enough. If you need proof, watch my video.

2. …And the rest of Future World
There are so many fun and interactive attractions in Future World that I could spend the entire day at Epcot and never cross the lagoon into World Showcase. (I don’t, but I could.) I can handle the Orange level of Mission: SPACE, but I settle for the Green so the rest of the Frog Family can enjoy it with me. My favorite position is Navigator for sure. And Soarin’? It’s definitely not borin’! Lily and I also love ImageWorks after we ride Journey Into Imagination with Figment; we’re sure your kids will too!

3. There’s lots of room.
It seems like there are more open spaces at Epcot that the other parks so we can always find a place to sit down and get away from the crowds. (The park maps on the iPhone and Android apps make navigating this huge park much easier!)

4. It’s a fun geography lesson.
Don’t laugh because it’s true! What’s better than learning about countries like Mexico, China, Italy and France in a theme park environment? Whether it’s an awesome attraction like Reflections of China, a live performance by Mariachi Cobre in Mexico or authentic Moroccan cuisine in Morocco, a fun cultural lesson is always right around the corner.

5. IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth
If for no other reason you go to Epcot, you must see this fireworks show! It’s one the best things I love about the park and when you see it, I think you’ll agree.
