Shari, February is a great time to visit – beautiful weather and relatively smaller crowds. Disney’s STEP Classic will take place Feb. 18-19 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We’ve never been, but after looking into this for you, I think we’re going to have to check it out! Here’s a link with more information. http://www.disneyyouth.com/step-classic/ Not sure if you’re including Universal Studios in this trip, but the annual Mardi Gras special event will be going on while you’re here (Feb. 18th and 19th). Here’s a video of the Mardi Gras parade from our trip last year. http://youtu.be/LFnKfMlYfRI Hope this helps! Happy Planning, Mommy Frog
