Holidays Around The World – Candlelight Processional @ Epcot
Epcot transforms into an international celebration of Yuletide traditions this Friday, November 25 for the season-long special event, Holidays Around The World. Enjoy La Befana, Father Christmas and other holiday folk sharing traditions and tales from around the globe during Holidays Around The World. Candlelight Processional is held nightly at the America Gardens Theatre in World Showcase. The event retells the stirring story of Christmas with a special celebrity narrator accompanied by a 50-piece orchestra and a mass choir. Mira Sorvino is the celebrity narrator from November 25 – 27; Michael W. Smith takes over on November 28. Show times are 5 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Holidays Around The World – Candlelight Processional at Epcot continues until December 30 and is included with regular theme park admission; buy discounted tickets here.
The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights @ Disney’s Hollywood Studios
What do you get when you combine millions of twinkling lights, holiday music and the Streets of America at Disney’s Hollywood Studios? The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights! This breathtaking display takes place nightly beginning at 6 p.m. Approximately every 10 minutes, the lights dim then dramatically spring to life perfectly synchronized to music. The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights continues until Jan. 8, 2012 and is included with regular theme park admission.

Mickey’s Jingle Jungle Parade @ Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Mickey helps Disney’s Animal Kingdom get in the holiday spirit with a festive version of his afternoon parade, Mickey’s Jingle Jungle Parade. This energy-filled processional is even more exciting with the Disney Characters decked out in their holiday attire, the rickshaws covered with garland, and Santa Goofy! Speaking of Santa Goofy, don’t forget to stop by his Holiday Village in Camp Minnie-Mickey where you’ll be able to meet your favorite Disney Characters dressed in their finest holiday outfits. Mickey’s Jingle Jungle Parade begins at 3:45 p.m. each afternoon and is included with regular theme park admission.

Festival of the Seasons @ Downtown Disney
Festival of the Seasons continues this weekend at Downtown Disney. Enjoy Latin, jazz and pop performances of cherished holiday songs throughout the day, but the real fun begins when the sun goes down. There’s costumed stilt walker and street performers, holiday carolers, a lively holiday dance party with a deejay and SANTA CLAUS! (And don’t forget all the wonderful shopping at Downtown Disney.) Festival of the Seasons continues until Jan. 8, 2012 and admission is free.
SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration
SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration kicks off Friday, November 25 and is packed with special holiday shows including Shamu Christmas – Miracles, A Sesame Street Christmas, Winter Wonderland on Ice, and the spectacular fireworks show Holiday Reflections: Fireworks and Fountains Finale. Another highlight of the event is THE POLAR EXPRESS Experience when the beloved holiday classic comes to life as you and your family are immersed in the heart-warming story of a young boy’s thrilling ride into an enchanted world. SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration is every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until December 11; every night from December 16 to 30. The special event is included with regular theme park admission.
Holidays at Busch Gardens
Holidays at Busch Gardens continues this weekend. Highlights of this special event include Christmas on Ice, a limited engagement ice show with a cast of professional skaters, Christmas from the Heart, an inspiring holiday gospel performance, and Christmas Celebration, a musical extravaganza featuring seasonal songs, tap-dancing toy soldiers and fun for the whole family. Holidays at Busch Gardens is included with regular theme park admission and continues until Jan. 1, 2012; buy discounted tickets here.
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party @ Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom hosts Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this Sunday, November 27. The festive celebration is filled with live entertainment, spectacular fireworks, your favorite Disney Characters and much more. Highlights of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party include:
- Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade (watch the video)

Old Spice Classic NCAA Basketball Tournament @ ESPN Wide World of Sports
ESPN Wide World of Sports will host the sixth edition of the Old Spice Classic during Thanksgiving weekend on Nov. 24, 25 and 27. This Division I Men’s Holiday Tournament will feature eight teams and 12 exhilarating games; participating teams include Indiana State, Arizona State, Dayton, DePaul, Fairfield, Minnesota, Texas Tech and Wake Forest. Games will be televised live on the ESPN family of networks, and NCAA Division I teams will compete in a bracketed-tournament format.
