  1. To whom it may concern,
On the morning of the 18th my wife and I was meeting my daughter, her husband and 2 grandchildren that came down from RI. The reason that I was there, I am retired military and had to sign them in because I had bought the tickets at MacDill AFB, well; through my negligence (stupidity)
I brought along some of the wrong tickets. Anyway, it was a mess and would of been a disaster if it wasn’t for Mark Harris at DHS Guest Relations. What Mark did for our party was fantastic and avoided us from a disaster. He made it possible for us to purchase more tickets and I still have six more days available to use for my wife and I, we just live 65 miles from Disney and like to visit a few times a year. Again, Thank You Mark Harris for allowing our family from the north a chance to enjoy Disney for the next four days and not be sick worrying about money that they didn’t budget for. It wasn’t only because of the above that I am writting this, but because Mark was so professioal and relaxed during the whole ordeal, seeing that we were seriously worried about what we were going to do. It is such a pleasure to say this about Mark, to much is said about the negative and not enough about the positive. Thank You Mark……Victor
