What’s Happening This Weekend…
Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend
From the Disney Family Fiesta 5K featuring the Three Caballeros to Goofy’s Race and a Half Challenge, the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend is packed
with races that are as “magical as they are memorable.” The headlining event, the Walt Disney World Marathon begins at 5:30 a.m. this Sunday, Jan. 8. Keep in mind there will be road closures to accommodate many of the races this weekend. If you are staying on Disney property, the Disney buses are by far the easiest way to go, but the trips may take a little longer. If you are driving to and from the parks, expect significant delays. The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights is included with regular admission to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Watch a video of the Dancing Lights here.
