The 5 Yummiest Treats at Magic Kingdom & Where to Get Them
Oh, I can smell it now…you know what I’m talking about. That wonderfully mouth-watering smell that hits you as you’re walking down Main Street, U.S.A. Thinking about it makes me crave all the delicious goodies just waiting to be eaten at Magic Kingdom.
Which are my favorites? Read on…
1. Dole Whip from Aloha Isle
Everybody has their favorite treat at Magic Kingdom and the ever-popular Dole Whip is the favorite of LOTS of people. Whether you get the classic Pineapple Dole Whip or a Pineapple Float with Orange Dole Whip, Aloha Isle is the place to go when you need a tasty treat on a hot day at Magic Kingdom. (Price: $3.49 for Dole Whip Soft Serve; $4.49 for Pineapple Float)
2. Funnel Cake from Sleepy Hollow
The Frog Family stops at Sleepy Hollow for
funnel cakes at least once on every trip. It’s a perfect late afternoon snack. Me? I go for the funnel cake dusted with powdered sugar. My brother, Tad? He loves the funnel cake topped with strawberries and whipped cream. My parents? They just watch us stuff our faces while they enjoy an iced coffee float. (Price: $4.99 for powdered sugar topping; $5.59 for strawberries and whipped cream topping)
3. Banana Bread Pudding from Main Street Bakery
I like banana bread, I like bread pudding and I like banana pudding. So how can I not LOVE
Banana Bread Pudding? The top is kind of like coffee cake and the inside is a warm, creamy, banana-y (is that a word?) bread pudding. YUMMMMMY! You definitely have to stop by Main Street Bakery for one next time you’re at Magic Kingdom. (Price: $3.29)
4. Strawberry Shortcake Sundae from Storybook Treats
OK, take some really yummy shortcake.
Now top it with some really yummy vanilla ice cream. Then cover that with some really yummy strawberry topping. Sound delicious? It is. Next time you’re in Fantasyland, get yourself one. (Price: $4.69)
5. Corn Dog Nuggets from Casey’s Corner
You didn’t think this list was limited to sweet stuff, did you? Casey’s Corner is known for its hot dogs, but for a tasty treat
that is perfect to eat on the go you have to try the corn dog nuggets. It’s just your basic corn dog, but nugget-style. I dip mine in mustard. (Price: $4.49)
