My favorite character is, by far, Donald Duck. My first visit to WDW was when I was almost 2 years. We have a picture of Donald holding me in his arms. There is such a look of awe and bewilderment on my face. It truly is my earliest memory that I have. Donald is the man and will always be my favorite.

  3. Heather White says:

My family’s favorite character is Mickey Mouse of course. How can you not smile every single time you see him? He is a symbol of happiness and fun and imagination.

I love all Disney Characters but my very favorite has to be Tigger, from the 100 Acre Woods, he is such a fun loving tiger, he loves to pounce on Pooh, and he loves to bounce, and pull pranks, but he is always there whether he is needed or not, he is a true friend.

My favorite characters have always been Chip and Dale! I used to love watching their cartoons as a child then as an adult, who happened to get pregnant with twins? This girl :) I have a wonderful photo from WDW while pregnant where I explained to Chip and Dale that there were twins in my belly! They were so cute – pointing at my belly and pointing to themselves. It’s one of my favorite Disney memories. :)

  11. Janee W says:

Rapunzel….her hair glows and has healing power…how can you top that?

  14. Jen Lewis says:

I have 2 favorites: Stitch from Lilo and Stitch and Clopin from the Hunchback of Notre Dame. Both have spunk. They’re both a perfect mix of good and bad with an extra side of feisty. Plus Stitch is an Elvis fan and Clopin has the coolest court jester costume ever. What’s not to love??

  15. Sherri McClelland says:

My favorite is Pluto, because my daughter carried a stuffed Pluto around for the first 5 years of her life, even taking it in the tub with her. We had to have an extra to swap out so we could put that one in the dryer. Luckily she didn’t realize for a while that it was not the original. Thought we lost it a couple of times, but thank goodness we were able to get it back! She’s 20 now and we still have that Pluto!! :-)

  16. Jennifer Harper says:

It’s hard to choose just one. :) But if I have to I guess Snow White. That was always my grandfathers favorite movie and we loved watching it together growing up.

  17. Stacey G says:

I love almost all of them, but my favorites have to be:

Princess Category – Ariel, because she’s so fun, adventurous and always follows her heart.
Animal Category – Minnie Mouse, because she’s so sweet and always looks dazzling! (Although Dug from UP comes in close 2nd for his loyalty and humor)
Villain Category – Mother Gothel, because she’s especially selfish and evil and really makes the movie!

  18. Megan R says:

I love Tigger because he’s just fun, fun, fun, fun, fuuuuun!

  19. matt kuntz says:

My favorite is mickey for his timelessness and because he brings back some many fond memories of my family trips to disneyworld

  20. matt kuntz says:

Mickey because of his timelessness and because he brings back so many fond memories of my family trips to disney world

  21. Janice says:

Love Mickey the most! It all started with a mouse!

  22. Lori Earley says:

I’ve always loved Minnie Mouse! Even now that I’m a “big kid” she still brings a smile to my face! Love the red and white polka dots, Miss Minnie :)

  23. Annette S. says:

My favorite Disney Character is Tinker Bell. She is cute, feisty and fun! She also enjoys spreading the contagious Disney Magic with her fairy dust!

  24. Tara Weiss says:

It would have to be Minnie Mouse. She was the first character I met at Disney World when My Dad took me there for my Christmas. Present at the age of 8 years old.

  25. Tanya Woelfel says:

My favorite Disney Character is Cinderella. I truly believe in the magic of love, whether from a Fairy Godmother or in true love itself. I can remember seeing this movie and reading this story over and over again, as a child. Now I have the joy of sharing it with my two daughters. I even made a Cinderella costume for my daughters for Halloween a few years ago. She still wears the gown for dress up and shares the costume with her younger sister. Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo!

  26. Judy says:

If I have to pick 1 – I’ll pick Mickey (the big cheese) how can you not smile when you see him. Love him so much I see hidden mickeys in everyday things lol. Thanks for the chance to win!!

  27. Jerry says:

Donald Duck has to be my favorite character. He gets so fired up about things, but he also has that sweet sentimental side. I do a pretty good impersonation of Goofy though so, he comes in second.

  28. Harald Drenckberg says:

Harold the Seahorse from The Little Mermaid because we share a name.

  29. Lisa Rowland says:

My favorite character is by far goofy! He reminds me that it is good to be “goofy” from time to time and live a little!!! Love him!

  30. Amber R. says:

Gosh, where do I begin the describe why Ariel (The Little Mermaid) is my all time favorite character? When I was younger, I was kind of the wired girl with the frizzy hair and I never felt like I fit in and I still struggle with that. But see the thing was, I love to swim. I was always happiest when swimming in my best friends pool every summer since I was small. I was constantly made fun of, but none of that matter once I hit the water. While I was on the swim team in my town competing I was called a mermaid and a little fish. My nickname became Ariel. As I grew older my friends parents would sit and watch us all play and talk about how I was their little ‘fish out of water’ which is what Ariel called herself in the second movie while talking to her daughter Melody. As I’m sure everyone agrees, middle school was awful and I struggled the worst at that time. I took the most comfort in singing, swimming, and watching Ariel movies. I wa extremely self conscious and for some reason throughout all of my discomforts with myself and my body I found comfort in being a ‘mermaid’ I found pride in being a ‘fish out of water’ because that’s how God made me unique and I found my confidence through those movies and through the original texts of the little mermaid. She taught me about having fun and living life and finding love. Even though she felt she needed to change into a human for Eric, we find that she didn’t have to change. He loved her just as much when she was in her true state. And she’s why I choose to live life as me and not trying to change myself and keeping the things I feel are important around in my life.

      Amber,

Wow! Thank you for sharing. I love how the Disney characters shape and inspire us! Ariel is one of Lily’s favorite characters, if not her very favorite character, and I hope it inspires her to be true to herself too!
